All body parts—arms, legs, knees, shoulders, back—receive an efficient yet gentle workout with our outdoor fitness equipment.
The equipment can be divided into four main categories:

Coordination
Heart and Circulatory system
Massage

The exercises are so simple that even a novice can accomplish them without difficulty. With our perfected and unique design, conscious of the needs of adults, everyone taller than 150 cm can get moving. Wisely chosen, the equipment can be combined into an attractive fitness park—we are happy to advise you on the possibilities.
